Jane provided on a self employed basis, an all round service for small to medium sized companies needing experienced financial input without prohibitive costs and employment implications.

She has worked closely with venture capitalists, banks and companies in both industrial and service sectors and had involvement in the creation of University spin out companies and taking a company to the AIM market.

Jane has much experience in setting up new companies, reorganising growing organisations and providing specific project based advice and information.

Involvement in co-ordinating exit paths to their successful conclusion has given her the experience to take forward growing companies and implement internal systems to satisfy banks, investors and shareholders.

Since winding down her business activities she has been involved on a voluntary basis with several  local and national charities such as Riding for the Disabled and Tarporley War Memorial Hospital.
