Debbie Rolmanis

Debbie Rolmanis, COO of Nature’s SAFE, is a qualified human and equine sports therapist and Biomechanist who has transitioned from running her own Equine High Performance Consultancy to working as head of ESG, Marketing and Brand Development at Capital Agri International, an international agri/food investment and management company.

About Debbie

Debbie is a qualified human and equine sports therapist and Biomechanist and ran her own Equine High Performance Consultancy, working with Olympic and World Games clients in New Zealand and Europe. She was part of the health team at London 2012 and the NZ Para-Equestrian Team at London and WEG 2014. Her first book ‘Biomechanics for the Equestrian’ was published in October 2019 and she has been a regular contributor to international equestrian magazines.

After living in NZ for 12 years, Debbie is now living back in the UK and has re-trained in Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Social Governance. She now works for Capital Agri International – an international agri/food investment and management company as head of ESG, Marketing and Brand Development. She works to implement environmental and social initiatives to each business interest of the company, provides ESG investment analysis and leads marketing and brand development.
